Move five shipments across the district — road freight, cross-dock, seaport, air cargo and last mile — without breaking cost or transit time.

The brief

You sit between the customer's promise and the physical network. Trucks are loading, a pallet count is wrong, customs wants one more document and the last-mile station already has 900 drops. Every hub owner on the map wants a different thing from you.

Your objectives

  1. 1Open every hub on the logistics map and capture what that owner measures you on
  2. 2Pick the right mode per shipment and justify it on cost, transit time and risk
  3. 3Fix one document or capacity blocker before it becomes a delay
  4. 4Commit to a delivery window per shipment and state what would break it
